Preparación del pedido
Una vez confirmado el pago, nuestro equipo prepara el pedido en un plazo aproximado de 24 a 48 horas laborables.
Los pedidos realizados durante fines de semana o festivos comenzarán a prepararse el siguiente día laborable.
Durante campañas especiales, promociones o periodos de alta demanda, este plazo puede ampliarse ligeramente.

España peninsular

En los envíos a países pertenecientes a la Unión Europea no se aplican gastos aduaneros adicionales.
Envíos internacionales
Realizamos envíos internacionales. El precio y el plazo estimado aparecen automáticamente al introducir la dirección durante el proceso de compra.
Los pedidos enviados fuera de la Unión Europea pueden estar sujetos a impuestos, aranceles o gastos de gestión aduanera. Estos importes no están incluidos en el precio del pedido ni en los gastos de envío y deberán ser abonados por la clienta cuando corresponda.
