To help you choose the ideal size, all measurements we publish on our website correspond to the maximum dimensions of the garment at rest, with a slight manual stretch. This means that measurements are taken by gently stretching the garment (approximately 1-5 cm) to reflect its maximum capacity to adapt to the body without deforming, and thus ensure that they cover a wider range of fit for different silhouettes.

Why do we do it this way?

• Greater Fit Accuracy: This technique allows us to give you a more precise idea of how the garment will adapt to your curves and its natural stretch range, offering a more realistic view of its fit.
• Minimize Returns Due to Size: We want you to have the most complete information possible so that your choice is correct from the start.

Important Considerations:

• Minimal Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of some garments, the properties of the fabric, and the way the garment is measured, there may be a minimal variation of ± 1-5 centimeters regarding the measurements indicated in the table. We consider this small difference to be within the standard tolerance ranges of the textile industry.
• Guideline: The measurement charts are a guide to help you. We always recommend comparing them with a similar garment you already own that fits you well, or with your own body measurements.

Returns for Measurement Discrepancy:

If you believe that the received garment has a significant difference in measurements (beyond the specified ± 1-5 cm) that prevents its correct fit, or if you simply do not feel comfortable with it, you can request a return.

For a return due to a measurement discrepancy to be free of charge, you must attach a clear photo of the garment with a visible tape measure demonstrating the difference. Once the discrepancy is verified, we will proceed to manage your return without additional cost.

RETURN POLICY 

You have 15 working days from the receipt of the product to return it. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. The shipping cost is borne by the customer. 

Once the product has been returned, a voucher for the same price as the product will be offered, with a validity of 1 year.

   - To protect the integrity of our business and ensure fair treatment for all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers who have engaged in abusive behavior or have returned products in unacceptable condition. 

   - In case of non-compliance with our return policy, the customer will be notified in writing, and no further returns or exchanges will be accepted from them.

FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS 

“Free shipping is automatically applied to orders whose final amount (after applying discounts and excluding previous returns) is equal to or greater than €100.”

Shipping and Cancellation Policy

To ensure the efficiency of our shipping processes and guarantee the satisfaction of all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Any modification or cancellation of an order must be communicated exclusively via WhatsApp before 1:30 PM (Barcelona local time) on the scheduled shipping day.

If we do not receive any notification via WhatsApp before the established deadline, we will understand that the order remains valid, and the package will be dispatched as scheduled. Once the package has left our facilities, it will not be possible to cancel the shipment, and the corresponding charges will apply.

Policy on Free Shipping and Partial Returns

Orders exceeding €100 in total value will qualify for free shipping.

In the event that the customer makes a partial return and the final order value, after deducting the returned products, falls below €100, the corresponding standard shipping costs will be applied.

These shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, as the conditions for free shipping are no longer met.

Illustrative example:

If an order of €110 is placed with free shipping, and subsequently an item worth €60 is returned, the final order value becomes €50.
As it does not meet the minimum of €100, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
